The Gaza Urban Agriculture Forum (GUPAP) signed a joint cooperation agreement with the UCAS Technology incubator (UCASTI) in the presence of Gerneral Coordinator of GUPAP (Ahmed Sourani) and the Manager of UCASTI (Said Al Zebda)

The agreement is part of the project “Facilitating and Strengthening Institutional Capacities and Innovation in Urban Agriculture”. Which aims to promote the sustainability and sustainability of pioneering women’s agricultural projects in the Gaza Strip. The project will target 25 leaders distributed throughout the Gaza Strip.
The agreement aims at building bridges of cooperation between the Forum and the incubator to develop and develop the professional and technical capacities of rural women in various fields of agriculture, plant and livestock, and food processing.
Mr. Sourani stressed the importance of closer relations between the local community institutions and the necessity of continuous and continuous cooperation in opening new horizons of cooperation and playing an active role in the service and development of society.
In this speech, Al-Zubda pointed out that this memorandum includes the necessary mechanisms for the implementation of joint development projects with the Forum, within the available resources and expertise available to the two institutions in order to achieve the desired objectives.

Sourani explained that the fields of cooperation between the Forum and the incubator will include, in addition to promoting joint development projects, empowering the Palestinian economy economically and human rights to reach the goals of sustainable development.

The two parties agreed to abide by the provisions of the agreement from the date of signing the agreement, provided that this cooperation serves as a gateway to open future cooperative horizons supporting the development of the Palestinian society.
